Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Design Manager for Public Realm, in the Design and Master Planning team. This role is integral to the development of Qiddiya’s vision as a world-class entertainment and cultural destination, ensuring that the public areas are vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable. The Senior Design Manager will be responsible for leading the design management of public realm projects, integrating green spaces, pedestrian areas, and community facilities into the overarching master plan. This position requires a creative leader with a strong understanding of urban design principles, residential planning, and community engagement. In collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will guide the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that public realm designs enhance the overall residential experience while adhering to Qiddiya’s aesthetics and sustainability goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, Architecture or related field. A minimum of 9-12 years of relevant experience in public realm design, master planning, and residential landscape development. Demonstrable experience in managing public spaces and engaging with community stakeholders. Strong portfolio showcasing innovative public realm projects and successful residential developments. Proficient in design software, including CAD, GIS, and visualization tools. Excellent understanding of urban design principles, zoning regulations, and sustainability practices. Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple projects concurrently. Proven leadership skills, fostering collaboration and motivating teams to achieve project objectives. Creative problem-solving abilities to address complex urban challenges effectively.
