Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in design management, with a focus on roads, earthworks, and civil infrastructure projects. Proven track record in managing complex infrastructure designs, Roads & Earthworks experience can include Civils, Structure, Utilities, Pavements, Drainage. Familiarity with industry-standard design software and tools, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Strong communication skills, capable of presenting technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams effectively. Knowledge of current civil engineering standards, regulations, and environmental practices. Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience with sustainability in design practices will be an advantage. Reliability Solutions Department (RSD) provides engineering support to Saudi Aramco Global Manufacturing wholly owned and affiliates’ facilities (Refining, NGL Processing, and Petrochemicals). This includes reliability, inspection, corrosion management, static equipment, rotating equipment, electrical equipment, instrumentation and control support. Your primary role as a Reliability Engineer is to support Global Manufacturing portfolio to achieve the highest level of reliability for plants’ assets through a systematic approach and coordinated efforts. Minimum Requirements As a successful candidate you will hold a: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering /advanced degree in reliability is preferable. 15 years of experience in reliability engineering in the Oil and Gas Industry’s downstream sector. Twenty years is preferable. Previous experience in managing and driving reliability projects Demonstrate knowledge in the use of various reliability and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)/ Investigation software Black-belt Six Sigma certification is a plus. Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and team building skills to drive and liaise with people at all levels.
