Bird of the day

The bird is 100% healthy. It's about 4 months old, or slightly less. It used to have external threats, but due to neglect and not being taken out of the house, it now has internal stress. It understands speech; if you tell it "come here," it responds. Proof of this is that when you approach its cage and say "come here," you'll see it getting excited and trying to get out.
