Apartment request with rooftop or annex in Jeddah with a rental platform contract every two months

I want an apartment with a rooftop or a traditional house that has a courtyard or annex for monthly rent around 1300 in Jeddah and the contract should be on the rental platform, not annual; I prefer a contract every two or three months
