Interior / Exterior Architectural Engineer - Decorations - Landscape

We have a job opportunity at our main office in Jeddah Province as follows: Purpose of the agreement: Professional collaboration to carry out architectural design, decoration, and engineering supervision for projects obtained by the institution, on a "per project basis". Obligations of the second party (the engineer): The second party is committed to providing the required engineering services according to the regulations and standards applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (such as the Saudi Building Code) and to the highest quality and accuracy standards. Fee structure and percentages: The fees of the second party will be calculated as a percentage of the net total value of the project contract with the client; this value does not include any taxes or government fees. Fees are specified as follows: A. Survey only: 1% of the total contract value. B. Survey + preliminary architectural designs (Concept Design): 3% of the total contract value. C. Survey + final (detailed) drawings + quantity schedules: 5% of the total contract value. D. Full design + project supervision until handover: 7% of the total contract value. E. The second party's fees will be paid according to the agreed completion percentage for each phase of the project, and payments will be delivered within (7 working days) after the institution receives the financial payments for the project from the client.
