Engineer for preparing technical and financial proposals and awarding government projects

- I register institutions and companies on the Etimad platform, complete their files, and resolve any issues preventing registration. - I prepare all technical and financial proposals in all fields, especially (construction, cleaning, operation, maintenance, and others). - I work with institutions and companies to help them understand the project, provide all requirements, and secure project awarding to the institution or company. - I qualify institutions and companies for all projects across various government authorities, whether pre-qualification or post-qualification. - I submit financial claims and follow up until the payment is transferred from the Ministry of Finance to the institution's or company's account. - I collaborate with institutions or companies, train their employees, enhance their competencies, and improve their professionalism in working on the Etimad platform and government projects.
