ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is looking for a motivated OSP Engineer to join our team in West Ragin (Jeddah). You will assist in the design, planning, and implementation of outside plant (OSP) telecommunications infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with Project Manager and Regional Manager to ensure that our projects are executed efficiently and meet all regulatory standards.   Responsibilities Directing and managing project teams in the development, construction and maintenance of cable and fiber optic lines. Directing, managing and following the work with the subcontractors. Evaluating a project's scope and estimating the costs to establish and manage the associated budget Collaborating with outside plant technicians and specialists to prepare and complete projects Documenting and reporting progress, constraints and budget needs with Project Manager. Directing and managing project teams in the development, construction and maintenance of cable and fiber optic lines. Providing details that relate to the expenses of telecommunications project materials. Developing feasibility evaluations that help project teams plan and document proposed installation routes Help in the preparation of cost estimates and project schedules Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in outside plant engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects. Strong knowledge of OSP design principles, including fiber optic and coaxial cable systems. Basic understanding of OSP design principles and telecommunications infrastructure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
