We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team at SWATX. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, helping to drive the successful implementation of projects aligned with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities •⁠ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives. •⁠ Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. •⁠ Document business requirements clearly and concisely to facilitate development. •⁠ Support project management in project planning and execution. •⁠ Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs. •⁠ Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and research. •⁠ Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams. •⁠ Assist in training and onboarding of new users on systems and processes. •⁠ Track and report on project progress, identifying any risks or issues that may arise. Requirements Qualifications & Skills •⁠ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. •⁠ 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. •⁠ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. •⁠ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders. •⁠ Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. •⁠ Familiarity with project management practices and tools. •⁠ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
