The apt candidate will be assisting in the development, implementation, maintenance and support of IT programs, systems and associated procedures. Assists in trouble shooting and system documentation; utilizes skills in programming languages, software, coding techniques and knowledge of utility programs to create, revise and enhance computer programs.  Incumbent is competent to work on a high level of technical phases of programming with minimum guidance and supervision. Responsibilities Design and Development : Design, develop, test, and maintain software programs. Coding and Debugging : Write, test, and debug code. Testing and QA : Develop and execute tests to ensure quality and security. Collaboration and Communication : Work with teams and management to understand requirements. Research and Development : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Create and maintain technical documentation. Project Planning : Estimate development time and resources. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field 6+ years of experience in .Net development Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Strong knowledge of C#, .Net, MVC, and SQL Server Background in Server Management. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
