




Qiddiya Investment Company, a leading Real Estate company, is seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist for Uptown Development. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Uptown Development team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department. Responsibilities Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Uptown Development team Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and other documents Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks Maintain accurate records and files Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies Provide support and coordination for special projects and events Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy Ability to work independently and within a team
