Lumina car with low mileage and a distinctive plate

2003 Lumina . Has a distinctive plate . Recently inspected, ready for transfer . The gearbox and engine are in excellent condition, no slipping or shaking in the gearbox or elsewhere . The temperature is excellent and remains normal, does not rise . The body has the right fender with an impact, edges of the doors have scratches, all adjusted to pass inspection as shown in the last picture . The motor works fine, nothing wrong except the AC compressor is faulty; a technician says it works but needs AC parts, compressor and fan, then the AC will work .
