Clean Modified Cobra Cycle

Peace be upon you.. of course the cycle is clean and the rims I bought them new and recently painted them black and the cycle is clean it needs new pedals why am I selling the cycle my neck is done with it so the price is under 200 no one will look at it won't come unless I'm serious please no time wasters...
