I need recommendations for a technician to set up 3 receivers and remove satellite dishes

My father and mother are looking for a really skilled, trustworthy, and knowledgeable technician. Someone who can remove the dishes on the roof that are causing clutter, and reinstall only two dishes to support 3 receivers: 1 for Mubarak, 2 for Nilesat and Arabsat. How much would the work cost? I don't want to be cheated, overcharged, or treated unfairly with the price, nor do I want to treat him unfairly.
