Male Russian hamster with cage

I have a male Russian hamster, I bought it about three weeks ago or less, and honestly I'm tired of dealing with it, I'm not capable of taking responsibility. So I decided enough, I'll find someone who will show mercy and take better care of it than I can, because it truly needs attention. The cage is new, I bought the Zolux Solo, look it up and check it out. The hamster I have is actually very tame, I don't know why, but it bites every time I try to pick it up. God knows how much money and effort I've spent on it, and still I'm selling it at a loss now.
