Circular bronze medal with laurel wreath, one with ribbon and one without suspension ribbon; the obverse bears the raised emblem of Kuwait with a shield enameled in black, red, white and green at the base, inscribed with the words "Liberation Medal" and dated 1991 (1411 AH); • The reverse features a radiant map of Kuwait. • The Kuwaiti Cabinet established this medal to be awarded in five classes, and it was presented by the Chief of Staff of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces on July 16, 1994, to those who participated in the liberation of Kuwait from Iraqi occupation. • Manufactured by Bertonie Company in Milan, Italy. • Price of complete set: 250 Riyals 💵.
