Recliner Chair and Table

I bought it about 10 months ago, its condition is excellent, it has no issues, and it's clean. Regarding the chair, there is a very small tear on the right armrest. I bought the chair for approximately 850 (the chair is not rocking) (the chair comes with a footrest). The table I bought for 200. Jubail Al-Balad, Tayyibah neighborhood. Urgent sale, lowest price is 500, and I'm not willing to negotiate.
