Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resources in coordination with project stakeholders. Track progress and performance against the project plan, making adjustments as needed to meet changing requirements. Utilize project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project execution. Lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication of project status, challenges, and next steps. Identify risks and issues proactively, proposing innovative solutions to mitigate impacts. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate cooperation and collaboration. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects. Demonstrated proficiency in project management software and tools.
