Located on a busy street with good traffic. Honestly, the barber shop is active and has a good income. The reason for transferring is changing the business activity entirely from barbering to a restaurant, plus financial pressure, so I have to sell this barber shop. The annual rent is 30,000 SAR, paid every three months (7,500 SAR per quarter). The current lease has two months remaining. The required amount for transfer is 25,000 SAR, non-negotiable.
