Roles & Responsibilities Receive and store goods according to ID numbers and company guidelines. Enter and update goods in the inventory system to keep records accurate. Check the condition of the materials received and report any issues to the line manager. Track inventory levels and assist with ordering and replenishing materials as needed. Perform regular checks of stored goods to match physical inventory with system records and report discrepancies. Maintain a clean and organized storage area to ensure safety and efficiency. Update and manage records and files related to inventory and orders. Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding deliveries and issues. Assist with stocktaking and inventory counts. Follow safety procedures for handling and storing materials. Support other team members and help with training new staff on inventory procedures. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed. Desired Candidate Profile 2 - 4 years’ experience in storekeeping and preferably in a technical environment Bachelor’s or High school Diploma Coordination skills, numerical skills, knowledge in inventory principles, security cautious, understanding and following SOPs and instructions, attention to detail, communication skills.
