Responsibilities Assist project managers in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules Coordinate project activities, resources, and communication among team members Help maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports Monitor project progress, identify any issues, and report updates to stakeholders Facilitate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful execution of projects Assist in tracking project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to project constraints Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for project processes Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or a supportive role within IT projects Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Saudi Nationality is preferred Benefits - Family Medical Insurance class A - 2 ways annual flight tickets (for foreigners) - Annual bonus based on appraisal - Development and training plan
