Training on Using the Etimad Platform for Tenders (Course 1)

I assist trainees in developing an accurate understanding of this type of commercial activity by delivering an advanced, professional, educational course (based on sound comprehension) that reveals the world and domain of commercial operations involving government tenders—a field largely unknown to many individuals who wish to begin engaging with the Etimad Platform, which publishes procurement requests and tenders for the requirements of all government sectors across all regions of the Kingdom and across all sectors. This course includes comprehensive coverage of all aspects related to participating in government tenders: operational aspects and requirements, associated benefits and risks, and clarification of interrelated concepts concerning this type of business activity. It also provides information about other platforms, their origins, and their domains. This course enables trainees to begin working on the Etimad Platform, browsing tenders, and submitting bids. * The training schedule for this course covers the following points (as general headings) and their direct relevance to commercial operations. 1- Introduction to the Etimad Platform: its origin and relationship with government sectors. 2- Objectives of the Etimad Platform and the advantages it offers (differentiation from previous platforms/competition). 3- Platform user permissions and permission management. 4- Using the platform and submitting price quotations (financial and technical proposals). 5- Definition of technical and financial proposals. 6- Practical training / platform simulation, applying course content directly on the platform, including: a- Browsing tenders on the platform without registration. b- Browsing tenders on the platform after registration. c- Reviewing tender quantity schedules, general and special terms and conditions, and related attachments within the platform. d- Preparing, organizing, and uploading price quotations—including attachments—to the platform. (Note: Excel or Word training for proposal preparation is not included.) e- Monitoring tender status after submitting the price quotation. f- Mandatory list and price preference. 7- Quotations from the tendering domain (types of tenders). 8- Quotations from the Office software domain (correspondence, technical and financial proposals). * The course is delivered online via Microsoft Teams. * A laptop or screen must be available to the trainee for course participation and simulation. * No pre-recorded video or audio materials are provided for this course. No printed book or manual is available. The training is an interactive workshop focused on comprehension—not rote learning. * The course duration is three days, approximately three hours per day. The number of days and hours may be reduced or extended according to the trainee’s circumstances (employee or business owner). * Course fee: SAR 650.
