You will plan and ensure new business development initiatives/ operations and maximize exposure for DHL amongst targeted prospects. You will lead sales team to initiate and establish relationships with targeted prospects. You will deliver market studies and feasibility studies to assess market potential. You will have to prospect new business development opportunities through market research, developing marketing initiatives, etc. You will explore business development opportunities with government authorities and relevant parties. You will identify, pursue, and acquire profitable business relationships with key customers. You will develop major leads, conduct pre-proposal visitations, and assist technical staff with proposal preparation. You will lead negotiations to obtain new customers and support team in difficult negotiations to secure critical sales. You will discuss with peers to communicate sales problems, business observations, prospect feedback, etc. You will understand key trends and developments impacting business and identify change needs in business development plans. You will regularly enhance quality or value of existing business development methods and techniques and resolve problems that may not be clearly defined. You will have to convince external parties such as skeptical clients, institutions, etc. who are skeptical or unwilling to accept proposals or where decision making process and standards are defined and mandatory. You will supervise team for achievement of goals by assigning work, timelines, reviewing output and supporting performance management. The Transportation Associate plays a key role in supporting the transportation operations at Six Flags Qiddiya City. This position involves coordinating and executing the logistics of guest and employee transportation needs within the park. Key responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of transportation schedules for guests and employees. Coordinate with drivers and staff to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off services. Monitor transportation routes and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency. Respond to guest inquiries and provide information regarding transportation options available. Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transport. Assist in maintaining vehicles and reporting any repairs or maintenance needs. Collect and analyze data related to transportation operations to identify trends and areas for improvement. Contribute to the development of transportation policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness. Work collaboratively with other departments within the park to support overall transportation logistics. Requirements Prior experience in transportation or logistics, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in logistical coordination software, ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, a valid driver's license.

Roles & Responsibilities Operate a skid steer (bobcat) to load, transport, and unload materials. Operate mobile or fixed cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads. Perform pre-start checks and basic maintenance on both skid steer and crane equipment. Ensure all loads are secure and properly balanced before moving or lifting. Work in coordination with ground crews and other team members to ensure safe and efficient operations. Follow all safety regulations, site policies, and operating procedures. Maintain accurate records of operations, loads moved, and equipment inspections. Identify and report any faults or safety hazards immediately. Support general site operations as needed. Desired Candidate Profile Valid skid steer operator certification. Current Crane Operator Licence (e.g., C6, C1, CO – depending on load capacity). Proven experience operating both skid steer and cranes in a construction, industrial, or transport setting. Strong understanding of load management, lifting techniques, and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret load charts and lifting plans. Physically fit and able to work in outdoor, fast-paced environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
