Clean 30-unit air conditioner

A clean air conditioner that has not been washed yet, dismantled to look neat and presentable. The 20-unit unit is clean; the reason for dismantling it was that the tenant had his own air conditioners sufficient for his home. And he doesn't come unless I ask him to.
