

No one is immune to life's challenges.. Whether in our relationships with others or with ourselves, or in circumstances beyond our control. Pain passes through all of us, but what matters is: how do we move through it? The Toolkit session is a space of awareness and healing where we explore together ways and tools that help us gently hold difficulties. I likened it to a toolbox because each of us deserves to have a "safe place" where we keep everything that helps us during crises. During the session, we will share our experiences with difficult situations we've been through and exchange insights on how we overcame them with self-compassion.
