Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Architecture and/or Urban and Regional Design engineer with Project Management experience to join our client's team.
Requirements
Design and Planning: Develop architectural designs and urban plans that comply with local regulations and sustainability standards.
Project Management: Oversee projects from conception through completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, architects, government officials, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Technical Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for proposed projects.
Innovation: Introduce innovative solutions and technologies to enhance urban development and architectural practices.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project status, design proposals, and other technical documentation.
Qualifications:
7 Years of experience in architecture and urban development
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CAD software, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and other architectural design tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and technical details for urban planning and construction projects.
Project Management: Experience in managing large scale projects, including budgeting and scheduling.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and report writing.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems and develop efficient solutions quickly.
Adaptability: Capable of adapting to evolving project requirements and technology advancements.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or Urban Planning.
Professional certification (e.g., LEED, AIA) is a plus.
Proven experience in architectural design and urban development.
