The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with product/service information, order processing, and issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns. Provide feedback on customer needs and trends to improve service quality. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and brand reputation. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor s degree preferred). 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken). Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Skills: Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service.
