Job Overview:
The Team Member - Data Privacy Team Member Analyst will support the Data Protection Counsel/Manager in ensuring that all company contracts/documents, systems and procedures comply with relevant data privacy laws and regulations. Additionally, the role entails serving as a subject matter expert in data protection, promoting best practices and developing policies, procedures, and metrics to enhance data privacy and protection initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Description Privacy and Data Protection Compliance
• Responsible for high level Compliance related to privacy, data protection, and confidentiality.
• Keep track of evolving data protection laws and collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage regulatory requirements such as filings, registrations, and renewals.
• Ensure that both existing and new services comply with privacy and data protection obligations, collaborating with stakeholders across departments.
• Maintain appropriate privacy and confidentiality consent, authorization forms, information notices, and materials aligned with current organizational and legal requirements.
• Stay updated on regional and national privacy laws, accreditation standards, and advancements in information privacy technologies to adapt and ensure compliance.
• Conduct periodic privacy impact assessments and compliance monitoring in coordination with the organization's other compliance and operational functions.
• Drafting, filing, managing, updating, vetting, and negotiating contracts across the organization with a specific focus on Data Protection clauses.
Training and Policy Enforcement:
• Assist in delivering data protection training and raising awareness of best practices on privacy and data protection issues.
• Develop privacy training materials and other communications to enhance employee understanding of company privacy policies, data handling practices, procedures, and legal obligations. Data Privacy Management and External Coordination

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in data privacy, data protection, or compliance roles.
Good understanding of data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and stakeholders.
