Müller's Solutions is currently seeking a Testing Freelancer to join our talented team on a flexible basis. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in software testing to ensure our applications meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and understand project specifications, including requirements for web portal functionality within the government social services domain. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases covering technical systems, integration, functional testing, and UAT. Perform data migration testing to ensure accuracy and integrity during the transfer of legacy data into new systems. Conduct API connectivity testing to validate effective integration of government APIs, ensuring compliance with standards. Collaborate with development teams to identify and troubleshoot issues relate to systems integration. Collaborate with vendor teams for defect tracking and fixing to ensure timely resolution of issues. Collaborate with the government client quality assurance team to align testing processes and standards. Ensure thorough testing of all features, including authentication mechanisms user workflows, and service functionalities for the web. Document test results and provide detailed reports, identifying root causes and proposing actionable solutions for bugs or deficiencies. Work closely with stakeholders during UAT to verify that the application meets business requirements and user expectations. Ensure testing aligns with government IT standards and protocols and addresses potential data security concerns. Requirements Requirements: Professional Experience: At least 5 years of technical systems, integration, functional, and UAT testing, preferably in Middle Eastern markets. Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience in government IT systems, social services applications, and government API integrations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in API testing tools, data migration validation techniques, and test management software. Test Case Creation: Expertise in developing detailed and effective test cases for complex systems, including test planning, preparing relevant data sets, liaising with development teams for correct setup and managing the test environment. Execution: Proven ability to execute test cases methodically and efficiently, ensuring high-quality results. Regional Experience: Strong understanding of Middle Eastern government workflows and cultural nuances. Language Skills: Arabic-speaking candidates will be considered a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Middle Eastern government agencies or large-scale public-sector projects. Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards for government IT systems. Certification in testing tools or methodologies, such as ISTQB.
