I have a fully furnished apartment available for daily rent. The apartment is on the second floor, has an elevator, consists of two bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a guest bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. An internal staircase within the apartment leads to the rooftop, which features a waterfall, an outdoor seating area, a traditional Majlis (meeting space), and another bathroom. There is a private parking spot for tenants, along with cleaning, disinfection, and changing of linens after each tenant. Fiber optic internet is also available. A deposit of 1000 Riyals is required. There is a special summer offer: if you rent for more than five days, the daily rate is 500 Riyals; for less than five days, the daily rate is 700 Riyals.
