I have a fully furnished apartment available for daily rent. The apartment is on the second floor, has an elevator, consists of two bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a guest area with dignity, and a furnished kitchen. An internal staircase within the apartment leads to the rooftop, which includes a waterfall, an outdoor seating area, a traditional tent (beit sha3r), a bathroom, and a guest area with dignity. There's also a private parking space for tenants, cleaning, disinfection, and bed linen changes after each tenant. High-speed fiber internet is available as well. During the summer season, there is a special offer: if you rent for more than five days, the daily rent will be 500 SAR; for less than five days, it will be 700 SAR daily. A deposit of 1000 SAR is required for the apartment's belongings, which will be refunded upon your departure. The apartment is rented only to families, no single individuals are allowed.
