The rooftop features a waterfall, an outdoor seating area, a traditional Arabian tent (beit sha'er), and a bathroom. A private parking space is available for the tenant. Cleaning, disinfection, and changing of bed linens are provided after each tenant. Fiber optic internet is also available. A deposit of 1000 riyals is required. There is a summer season offer: if renting for more than five days, the daily rate is 500 riyals; for less than five days, the daily rate is 700 riyals.
