Who can I call to remove a desert cooler, its duct, head, or neck?

I've had a desert cooler for years and I'm not using it anymore. I want someone to come and remove the cooler along with its duct, head, neck, or just the window unit. My question is: who can I call to remove it? As shown in the picture, the duct is the black one. He should dismantle it and take it away. I won't give him money, nor will he charge me. He removes it, takes it with him, and can sell it as scrap or benefit from it.
