As the Multi-craft Technician, you will be responsible for general maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations while adhering to safety policies and procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ●       Responsible for electrical,  mechanical & servicing of building facilities; ●       Responsible for efficient maintenance of machinery and equipment; ●       Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements. ●       Perform general maintenance, such as furniture repair, plumbing, painting, etc.;  ●       Perform preventative maintenance based on an established schedule; ●       Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment; ●       Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical issues. Requirements Qualifications ●       High school or Diploma Experience ●       Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical, HVAC, mechanical or multi-craft maintenance & troubleshooting.  Knowledge ●       , Maintenance & Troubleshooting Experience Skills ●       Maintenance ●       Troubleshooting; ●       Teamwork; ●       Self-motivated.
