MacBook MagSafe 3 Charger and Socket

I bought a refurbished MacBook and they said it didn't come with a charger, so I bought this one. After opening it, I found the charger was actually with the MacBook. Complaining to God. The receipt is from Jarir, dated September 2nd. The cable is damaged, the remaining socket is 70 watts
