Apartment on the ground floor or a small ground-level unit required

I need a ground-floor apartment or a small ground-level unit. The preferred neighborhoods are Al-Shifa, north of Adhbah, Al-Yasmin, Al-Musayfir, or around Sedian Cemetery. If someone has it, they should inform me and I'll pay them a commission. It's okay if the accommodation is available after one or two months; I don't mind.
