A Saudi engineer based in Riyadh, experienced in engineering design and supervision for residential, government, recreational, and commercial projects. Certified by the following entities: * Saudi Council of Engineers as an Architect. * Ayan Platform for inspection of ready-built buildings. * Saudi Real Estate Institute. * Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). You may need someone to inspect the house before purchasing, or you want to sell your house and wish to address defects... The inspection includes: * Tiles and flooring * Doors and windows * Levels and elevations * Cracks in walls and ceilings * Paints and wallpapers * Wall perpendicularity * Electrical and plumbing inspection * Outlets and sockets * Balustrades and fences * Safety and security elements - Inspection of ready-built buildings (apartments, villas, buildings), including a final comprehensive engineering report covering all observations and structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical defects, and safety notes, enabling the client to decide whether to proceed with the purchase or not.
