The Job in a Nutshell💡 As a Logistics Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our supply chain operations , ensuring that goods move smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively from point A to point B. You'll coordinate shipments, optimize logistics partners, resolve delivery issues, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your goal? Deliver the right product, to the right place, at the right time , every time. What You Will Do💡 As a Logistics Specialist at Mrsool, you will play a key role in enabling seamless last-mile delivery operations for our E-commerce partners. Your core mission is to ensure fast, reliable, and cost-effective order fulfillment that meets both SLA targets and customer expectations. Coordinate daily logistics operations to support partner stores and ensure timely order pickup and delivery. Monitor delivery performance, address delays or failures, and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks. Work closely with fleet operations and customer support teams to maintain service quality. Manage shipment data, generate reports, and track performance against key logistics KPIs. Ensure all logistics-related SLAs are met for each partner, and escalate critical issues when needed. Support onboarding of new merchants from a logistics perspective, ensuring a smooth go-live process. Collaborate with tech and product teams to suggest improvements to logistics tools and workflows. Maintain strong communication with E-commerce clients to align on logistics needs and resolve any escalations. Requirements What Are We Looking For❓ We're looking for a detail-oriented, solution-driven Logistics Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment. You should have a solid understanding of logistics operations , especially last-mile delivery , and a passion for serving E-commerce businesses with precision and urgency. 2+ years of experience in logistics, last-mile operations, or supply chain (E-commerce experience is a big plus). Strong coordination and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple shipments and issues in real-time. Familiarity with logistics tools, dashboards, and basic data reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, or internal systems). Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, couriers, and E-commerce partners. Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions. High ownership mindset and accountability for daily service levels. Fluent in Arabic and professional proficiency in English. Roles & Responsibilities Operate a skid steer (bobcat) to load, transport, and unload materials. Operate mobile or fixed cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads. Perform pre-start checks and basic maintenance on both skid steer and crane equipment. Ensure all loads are secure and properly balanced before moving or lifting. Work in coordination with ground crews and other team members to ensure safe and efficient operations. Follow all safety regulations, site policies, and operating procedures. Maintain accurate records of operations, loads moved, and equipment inspections. Identify and report any faults or safety hazards immediately. Support general site operations as needed. Desired Candidate Profile Valid skid steer operator certification. Current Crane Operator Licence (e.g., C6, C1, CO – depending on load capacity). Proven experience operating both skid steer and cranes in a construction, industrial, or transport setting. Strong understanding of load management, lifting techniques, and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret load charts and lifting plans. Physically fit and able to work in outdoor, fast-paced environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
