Toshiba 24 unit air conditioner

Hello I have a Toshiba 24 unit air conditioner that was very quiet and provided icy cooling, suddenly it broke down. I brought an engineer who said the compressor has failed, I don't know what exactly it needs. The air conditioner is for sale because I am buying a new 18 unit one and want to relieve myself from dealing with workers. Of course, the air conditioner is clean, both internal and external filters; according to workers, it only needs compressor repair or replacement.
