Semi-Automatic Coffee Machine for Beginners

I've had this machine for a year now, and honestly I don't care much about coffee. I bought it but got stuck with it, and now I want to replace it with capsule machines that are easier, faster, and don't require grinding or anything else... I swear it's like new, still in its original box with all accessories, never used at all. I bought it for 350 Sorry, won't accept less than 300
