Sometimes our bodies speak to us… fatigue, headaches, sleep disturbances, fluctuating appetite… but amid our daily rush chasing work and responsibilities, we learn to ignore these signals, and often only remember health when illness forces us to stop. In this gathering, we’ll discuss questions about this overlooked aspect of our lives: - Why do we neglect our health, even though it’s the foundation of everything? - Is health a luxury tied to social class and time? - Do our bodies clearly reflect our needs? - How can we rebuild an honest relationship with our bodies? - Does a person have the right to live an unhealthy life by choice? - Has beauty become confused with the concept of health? We’re not looking for a single answer, but rather we’ll listen and share different experiences that reveal how each of us views our body, and reconsider our relationship with our health. How will the gathering be structured? - We’ll divide into small groups, each discussing several questions. - After a while, we’ll switch to new tables with new questions and different people. - Finally, we’ll come together again to share the most notable points we observed during the session, or any new questions that may have come to mind! Fee: 30 SAR, via STCPAY To number 0553363070 Location: Planet Café, Al-Hamra District, upper floor Everyone is welcome—our diversity of experiences is what makes our gathering richer 👥💙
