We are hiring across Pastry, Cold, Hot, and Prep Sections, and are seeking culinary professionals with a passion for delivering fresh, flavourful Mediterranean dishes in a relaxed café-style environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage your assigned section independently, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to high standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support daily service and smooth operations. Uphold all hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times. Monitor stock levels in your section and communicate effectively to avoid shortages or waste. Contribute to the development of new menu items and seasonal dishes within your specialty. Mentor junior kitchen staff and maintain a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role, preferably within a Mediterranean or modern café-style kitchen. Solid technical knowledge relevant to your section (pastry, cold, hot, or prep). Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and a hands-on attitude. Knowledge of Riyadh’s key wholesale markets and local supply chains. 3. have 1+ years of fruit and vegetable procurement experience. 4. Strong market insight, cost control, negotiation, and supplier management skills. 5. Proficiency in English and Arabic for daily communication. Salary: SAR 9000+ Per Month, depends on experience
