In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing self-supervision practices within the bank, ensuring adherence to internal regulations and industry standards. The Self-Supervision Officer will play a vital role in promoting a culture of accountability and compliance across the organization. Responsibilities Develop and execute self-supervision frameworks and strategies aligned with the bank’s objectives and regulatory requirements. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or risk management role within the banking or financial services industry. Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and self-supervision practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and identify areas for improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various teams. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with compliance software is a plus. Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative. Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
