An old fridge, computer, printer, and TV screen included with the apartment

It looks damaged, but it's available at the apartment. The TV sometimes loses the image and sometimes turns blue. The computer might be working, but I haven't tested it. The fridge is working. Meaning the tenant is just a pile of iron
