As a Senior Account Manager for the Eastern Region, you will be a key driver in building and managing client relationships within this strategic area. You will ensure the delivery of top-notch Cybersecurity services and solutions tailored to the needs of clients in the Eastern Region, driving satisfaction and revenue growth in this pivotal market. Responsibilities Develop and execute account management strategies specifically for the Eastern Region, understanding the unique needs of clients. Build strong relationships with regional clients, ensuring exceptional service and support. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Eastern Region, leveraging market research and insights. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver effective Cybersecurity solutions that meet regional client needs. Conduct engaging presentations and meetings to communicate IS's value propositions effectively to clients. Provide detailed forecasts, reports, and updates on account performance and activities within the Eastern Region. Stay ahead of trends in the Cybersecurity landscape, ensuring alignment with regional market dynamics. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the Cybersecurity or IT industry, with a focus on the Eastern Region preferred. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and driving regional revenue growth. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders. Strong negotiation abilities with proven success in relationship management. Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work autonomously. Adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

The successful candidate will work as part of the Public Sector team within the Markets function. As an Account Manager (AM) you will support the Account Lead Partner by driving the account management activities related to the business development and account's go-to market plan.
