In our societies, reputation and others' opinions are among the most significant drivers of behavior for the majority of individuals, and among the main deterrents preventing them from engaging in many actions—even if they personally believe in them. Here, individuals often consider 'what people think' to a degree that may exceed their regard for themselves, from daily behaviors to life-changing decisions. Many of us do not necessarily view this as negative, given that humans are inherently "social beings," and therefore cannot entirely disregard others' opinions about themselves. We will discuss this matter from entirely different angles, attempting to dive deep into the concept to broaden our perspectives and express our thoughts in a space free from judgment and labeling. Discussion Format: Each person will discuss the topic with another individual for 9–10 minutes to hear more transparent and honest viewpoints, then switch to another person until six rounds are completed.
