Elantra 24 with transmission and engine condition, using second engine only and city driving

Elantra 24, engine used once by my brother, has protective coating and dash cam installed. The engine is imported directly from the factory in Korea with external specifications, customs clearance document available. It cost me 103 thousand, and the engine is used strictly for commuting to work and home only. This is a second vehicle, and the reason for selling is marriage expenses and no longer needing a second car.
