Responsibilities Manage and oversee the inventory of materials and supplies in the warehouse Ensure accurate documentation and organization of incoming and outgoing stock Monitor inventory levels and compile reports to anticipate supply needs Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of inventory Implement and adhere to material handling and safety regulations Collaborate with other departments to fulfill company requirements efficiently Assist in training new staff members on inventory processes and procedures Requirements Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in the energy or infrastructure industry Technical/Industrial Diploma (Mechanical, Maintenance, Electrical, Instrumentation, etc..) And experience in warehousing, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain required Heavy Equipment Driving License is preferred. Job Purpose: This position will be responsible for all planning, and executing procurement activities, including Contracts drafting, execution, and management, by analyzing costs, negotiating contract details, and offering strategies and solutions to help manage costs on supplies and services. managing inventory, tracking orders, and resolving issues concerning price disputes. Functional Duties: Manage Procurement Activities Support relevant stakeholders regarding appropriate processes (scope of work, material specification, estimation) Draft proposal to convert repeated purchases into contracts for value creation Develop and execute sourcing strategies for mid - high spend items Develop pricing structures Value creation (price Negotiation, delivery time, and/or cost avoidance) Performs risk assessment of Terms and condition deviations Review invoices and cross-check approved purchasing orders Monitor contract and purchasing order consumption and spend preparing RFQs, reviewing proposals, negotiating prices, selecting or recommending suppliers, analyzing trends, developing cost estimates, following up on orders placed, and maintaining necessary records. Sets the vision for Supply Chain and serves as a key stakeholder in company-wide decision making with the express objective of enabling growth, improving margins, and reducing operational cost. Oversees the development of CAPEX and OPEX plans for concurrent and new projects for the forthcoming year. Oversees the development of category-wise Annual Demand Forecasts and monthly monitoring of the same through the generation of consumables plans and consumption reports. Oversees the performance of data collection and trends in relation to supply chain activities for analysis and internal distribution. Oversees the replenishment of critical inventory items at the warehouse is carried out on a timely basis. Oversees the development and implementation of the annual procurement plan, taking into consideration all procurement strategies, departmental needs, demand and supply levels and allocated budget. Oversees the development and implementation oftendering plans and sourcing strategies to promote the competitiveness of suppliers and mitigate risks related to supply through means of diversification.
