A leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to lead their Manpower Division. This role is crucial in driving growth and establishing strong partnerships with clients who require top-tier manpower solutions, including local manpower, outsourcing, and vendor registration management for government, semi-government, and private companies. The Business Development Executive will focus on strategic planning, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing the client base while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Additionally, the executive will be responsible for trading activities, such as equipment supply, including bulldozers, cranes, excavators, and other essential machinery, alongside overseeing vendor registration for local manpower, overseas manpower, and trading services. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets in the manpower division. Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their manpower needs and presenting tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Lead the preparation and delivery of persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company. Collaborate efficiently with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Oversee and mentor junior business development staff within the division. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA preferred. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on the manpower/recruitment industry as well as equipment supply, including bulldozers, cranes, excavators, and other heavy machinery. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing business strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring and guiding team members. Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools. Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Willingness to travel as required.

The Job in a Nutshell💡 The Sales Expansion Executive is responsible for managing expansion sales requests from existing customers while driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This role ensures that expansion deals are efficiently processed while maximizing revenue through additional product sales. Since expansion revenue is typically self-driven by customer requests, the executive focuses on enhancing deal value by strategically including upsell and cross-sell products. What Will You Do❓ Expansion Sales Management: Handle incoming new branch sales requests from existing customers. Generate and send quotes promptly, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs. Track expansion requests and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals efficiently. Upselling & Cross-Selling Focus: Identifying new upselling & cross-selling opportunities from existing customers through outbound activities. Identify and recommend additional products to maximize revenue from expansion deals. Ensure that every expansion quote includes relevant upsell/cross-sell products before sending to the customer. Sales Process & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of expansion sales. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their expansion needs and available solutions. Maintain accurate records of expansion requests in the CRM system.
