A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is proudly looking for a dedicated and experienced HSE Coordinator to join our esteemed team. Specializing in the Oil & Energy sector, we are committed to delivering exceptional recruitment solutions globally. This pivotal role will be based in Saudi Arabia, focusing on fostering a robust health, safety, and environmental culture. The HSE Coordinator will be instrumental in planning, implementing, and monitoring HSE programs and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in accordance with local and international regulations. Conduct safety training for employees to promote compliance with HSE standards. Carry out regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment. Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with management to establish and maintain emergency response plans. Stay current with changes in HSE regulations and ensure organizational compliance. Promote a culture of safety awareness among all personnel. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles, preferably within the Oil & Energy sector. In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and management systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of staff. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HSE management software. Possession of relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is an advantage. Ability to work proactively and independently, with strong organizational skills. Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
