Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience working in SAP project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in successfully delivering large and complex SAP projects, including full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Strong knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities, such as SuccuessFactors, SD, MM, FI/CO, or others. Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and testers. Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Ability to manage client relationships and drive client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges and drive successful outcomes. Up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies, trends, and best practices. Experience in working with global and multi-cultural teams is preferred. Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are desirable.
